Oh, the sweet season of Summer, it gets me every time.  Puts me in the best mood just thinking about it.  I can definitely enjoy every season for it's own unique beauty but Summer has always been my favorite!  It's been especially beautiful here this last week or two.  We've definitely have some June gloom in the mornings but by 12pm, the sun is out, it's warm and there's been the most beautiful ocean breeze.  It's been such a dream!  Oliver and I have been soaking up all the gorgeous weather with lots of visits to the park and the beach.  One happy mom.  One happy baby.

This is what Candice and I wore when we were out n'about this last Thursday!  We met up for lunch and some shopping.  We wore two dresses that we've both just recently acquired.  It seems like we're always snatching up simple little 1950s cotton dresses like these for ourselves.  I really do adore both their summer-y prints too.

We also thought it would be fun to start doing a weekly series on some of our favorite pieces in our personal closets as our wardrobes have definitely expanded since starting a vintage clothing business.  We've already sorta started the weekly series herehere and here.  We hope you will continue to follow along.

So beautiful. I'm a huge fan of When Decades Collide, and I love seeing your personal outfits! I'm especially loving that yellow floral dress. Just lovely!
