Thrifty

Yesterday, Vanessa and I spent the early morning doing a shoot for the store. We have been ahead of ourselves with each collection so therefore we don't have to photograph a whole auction's collection in only a day (which we have done many times before!). This is a life saver considering how freezing cold it is in the morning and changing in and out of garments is just dreadful. After our shoot, we went thrifting for accessories for our blogs but we were out of luck. Oddly enough, we ended up spending hours in the Christmas aisle. Vanessa has been looking for months for a mid-century modern Christmas wreath. A few weeks back she fell in love with one on eBay but lost it in a bidding war. But today was her lucky day... she found a vintage wreath exactly like the one she wanted for only $5.00! It is so much fun to browse through thrift stores for all the special treasures. I can't wait until we go again.
