(Crochet top/Skirt- When Decades Collide (In Store Now), Handbag- Vintage, Hair Piece- F21, Sandals- Urban Outfitters)

I just love when we're shopping for the store and we come across two pieces that look so great together. When I saw this top, I immediately thought of this abstract skirt that I grabbed 10 minutes earlier. Both pieces are in store now, here and here!

Anyways, the weather has been beautiful here. You would never know that it's almost November! We've been taking advantage of the gorgeous weather with bike riding, hiking and long jogs outside. At the moment, my hubby and I are really trying to be frugal and we're watching every expenditure we make. So it's nice to know that the beautiful weather allows us to have lots of fun, without spending too much money!

On a side note, Ryan and I have been taking care of a little stray cat, named Cali, for the last 4 months. We decided to "officially" adopt her so we brought her into our home this last Sunday! She is the sweetest little cat. She loves belly rubs and long afternoon naps. She is already really opening up to us and it seems like a perfect match for everyone. But on Wednesday night she started throwing up a red tinged liquid. The red tent of the vomit definitely scared us, to say it mildly. Needless to say, I was at the Veterinarian first thing yesterday morning. We are doing some blood work and some other tests. Please just keep her in your prayers! We are really just hoping that it's some small infection and nothing too serious. xo Vanessa
